This information includes: name, address, phone number, home price, images and or videos of the property or anyone on the property and any details of the property regarding it's condition.
I further acknowledge that I am the rightful owner and proprietor of all information submitted and will not submit any false or inaccurate information. Any information falsely submitted will be taken down once verified by site administrators and could result in being turned over to local authorities if deemed necessary or requested by said authorities.
I acknowledge that this is a public platform open for anyone to see or share on other media platforms. Every listing will be online for at least 30 days but no more than 90 days unless listing is resubmitted by the property owner or requested by the owner. Not every submission will be listed. Each submission will be reviewed by an administrator but information authenticity cannot be guaranteed. Each submission could take up to 24 hours to be posted. Any listing may be taken down or deleted if deemed necessary by site administrators. Person submitting is fully responsible for any information submitted and will be held accountable for any fraudulent information.
I acknowledge that as the owner I am fully responsible for the verification of any offers I receive through this site and understand that I it is possible I may receive false offers and am responsible for verifying all offers and relaying any false information to the appropriate authorities.
